About Our Practice
Built on the values of safety, hope, and connection, Anchor Ridge Counseling is here to support your journey toward healing and growth.
Our Mission
At Anchor Ridge Counseling, our mission is simple: to meet clients where they are, accept them fully, and help them grow.
We believe that meaningful change happens in the context of a safe, genuine relationship. Whether you're navigating anxiety, working through a difficult season, or seeking support for your child, we're here to walk alongside you with compassion and expertise.
Anchor Ridge Counseling is a private mental health practice located in Spanish Fork, Utah, serving individuals, children, teens, and couples across south Utah County and statewide via telehealth. Our therapists share a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care and provide evidence-based therapy rooted in safety, hope, and connection.
What We Stand For
Our practice is built on three core values that guide everything we do.
Safety
We create a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment. Your therapy room is a place of trust, confidentiality, and emotional safety — the foundation for all healing.
Hope
We believe things can get better. No matter what you're facing, we hold hope for you — especially when it's hard to hold it for yourself. Change is always possible.
Connection
Healing happens in relationship. We emphasize authentic connection — between you and your therapist, within your family, and in your most important relationships.
What Makes Us Different
All Ages, One Practice
We see children (ages 6+), teens and adults. That lets us work on individual struggles and on the relationships around them: couples, parents and children, whole families, under one roof.
Relationship-Centered Care
We see relationships as a foundation for healing and growth: the one you build with your therapist, and the ones that matter most in your life. Therapy isn’t just about techniques; it’s about being truly seen and understood.
Rooted in Community
We're based in Spanish Fork and serve families across south Utah County, including Springville, Payson, Salem, and Mapleton. We also offer telehealth across the entire state of Utah, so quality care is never out of reach.
Faith & Values, Your Way
Religion and spirituality matter in many people’s lives. We offer a safe, respectful and inclusive space to explore them and bring them into therapy in ways that are meaningful to you. If they don’t matter to you, that’s respected too.
Our Approach to Therapy
We draw from well-researched, compassionate therapeutic methods and tailor our approach to fit your needs.
